My reminders don't arrive

Open Settings > Reminders in Bilzy. If it says notifications are off, tap Turn on. Tap Send a test reminder to check. On Android, allow exact alarms so reminders come on the minute, and take Bilzy out of battery saving. On iPhone, Time Sensitive reminders get through Focus.

How do I mark a bill paid?

Tap Mark paid in the reminder, on the bill, or on the This week widget. Bilzy keeps the payment in the bill's history and moves it to the next due date.

I recharged early. Will the plan days be lost?

No. When you mark a recharge done, keep Next recharge starts after this plan ends on, and Bilzy adds the new plan after the current one.

Can Bilzy read my bill messages?

Only the ones you give it. Copy a message and tap Paste a message, or share it to Bilzy. On iPhone you can also make a Shortcuts automation that sends bill messages to Bilzy. The text is read on your phone.

How do I add a warranty?

Open the Warranty tab (Vault in the Wallet Stack look) and tap Scan a bill. Bilzy reads the product, date and warranty from the receipt. Check them, add photos of the warranty card and serial plate, and save.

How do I move Bilzy to a new phone?

Settings > Your data > Back up, and save the file to Files or Drive. On the new phone, open Bilzy, go to the same place and tap Restore from a backup.

Does Bilzy pay my bills?

No. Bilzy reminds you and opens your payment app, link or phone number when you tap Pay. It never sees or handles money.
