These terms are between you and Workaholic Developers, the maker of Bilzy. By using Bilzy you agree to them.

What Bilzy is

Bilzy is a reminder app. It helps you remember bills, recharges, renewals and warranties. It does not pay bills, move money or contact billers for you, and it is not financial advice.

Reminders

Bilzy schedules reminders on your phone. They depend on your phone's settings: notifications must be allowed, and Focus modes, battery savers or a phone that is switched off can delay or hide them. Please keep notifications on for Bilzy and check the app now and then. You remain responsible for paying your bills on time.

Your content

Your bills, payments, receipts and notes are yours. They stay on your phone; we never receive them and claim no rights to them. Use Bilzy only for bills and receipts you are allowed to keep.

Backups

Please save a backup file from Settings > Your data now and then. We can't recover data from a lost or reset phone.

Reading messages and receipts

Bilzy reads dates, amounts and other details from text and photos on your phone. It can get them wrong; please check what it fills in before you save.

No warranty

Bilzy is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Workaholic Developers is not liable for late fees, missed payments, lost warranty claims, indirect or consequential losses, or loss of data. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.

App stores

If you got Bilzy from the App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If you got it from Google Play, Google Play's terms also apply.
